Harris Chorney is the company's founder and principal. His over 30 years experience in the insurance and financial services industries prior to establishing Holder & Wilcox includes key positions with KPMG Consulting, Inc. and KPMG LLP.

As a senior partner at KPMG LLP and KPMG Consulting, Harris held several leadership positions, including national industry leader for the insurance practice and head of the insurance consulting practice, where he was directly responsible for the organization's human resource capital needs. He has worked closely with and advised senior management at all levels, including the CEOs, CFOs and CIOs of some of the country's largest international insurance organizations. He has also advised boards of directors' committees on various matters. Harris is a member of the International Insurance Society.
